  • Technical failures preventing access to the platform.
  • Cancellation requests made within trial periods.

Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of an active subscription.

2. Free Trial and Cancellation

If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. Canceling after the trial period begins will result in billing for the subscription period already active. Users can cancel subscriptions anytime via their account dashboard.

3. Refund Requests

  • Technical issues that prevent platform access for more than 48 hours.

4. Non-Refundable Services

One-time setup fees, custom development services, training sessions, and add-on modules are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Technical Failures

Mahayaan Technology Pvt. Ltd. strives to ensure uninterrupted service. In rare cases of extended technical failures affecting business-critical operations, customers may request partial refunds or account credits. Each case is evaluated individually.
